Where do your products ship from?

All of our products ship from the USA. Most products ship from our warehouse in Panama City Beach, FL though some select products ship directly from manufacturers or warehouses in Georgia, New Jersey, or Arizona in order to keep your shipping costs and delivery times LOW!

How long does shipping take?

  •  Order Cutoff Time: 11 PM 11 PM (GMT-06:00) CST
  •  Order Handling Time: 1-2 Business days (Monday through Sunday) 
  •  Transit Time: 6-12 Business days ( Monday through Sunday)
  •  Total delivery time:  Estimated delivery time based on customer locations, 7-14 business days

How do I track my order?

 As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with the related tracking number and link. You can also login to your customer account or SHOP app account to check order status (Confirmed, Shipped, In Transit, Delivered).

What is your return/cancellation policy?
